Homemade pasta

Ingredients

  • 2 whole eggs

  • All purpose flour 100 grams


Recipe instructions

1.Put the flour in a bowl & create a small cater in the center

2. Break the eggs in the center & with a fork beat the eggs

3 With the fork, incorporate the flour slowly to the beaten egg.

4. Place the dough on a light floured surface & knead by hand 4 to 5 minutes to incorporate all the flour

5 Let the dough rest for 10- 15 minutes

6 With a rolling pin, start to roll the dough very thin almost to a thin sheet consistency

7 To make tagliatelle, roll the pasta sheets and then cut into 1 cm8. Cook the pasta in boiling water no salt or oil necessary
