Delicious mexican peruvian fusion tacos


Ingredients

1 Tablespoon Olive oil 1/2 each red onion, thick wedges 3.5 grams peppers, chopped 16 ounces flank steak 1 tablespoon aji amarillo 1 tablespoon garlic, chopped 1 tablespoon soy sauce 2.3 ounces cherry tomatoes, cut into 1/2 1/2 teaspoon salt 1/2 teaspoon pepper black 3 each limes, juiced 3.8 ounces cabbage green, julienne 1/2 each red onion, thin julienne 6 each corn tortillas


Method

1.Diced the flank stead & marinade with garlic & soy sauce 2 In a small bowl combine the thin julienne red onions with lime juice & let it marinade 3 In a small bowl combine the cabbage & lime juice & let it soak the citrus 4 In a medium size sautee pan, heat olive oil medium heat 5 Sautee the red onions until translucent and create space for the beef 6 Saute onions & beef until the beef is soft and fully cooked. 7. Add the cherry tomatoes & chopped peppers and saute for 4 minutes 8 Heat up the tortilla on both sides 9. Place the tortilla on a plate & serve the beef mixutre in the center of the tortilla 10. Garnish with pickled red onions & pickles cabbage
